It also contains a small amount of magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus and vitamins A, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B3 (niacin).

At the same time, 100 grams contains 160 kcal, 2 grams of protein and 15 grams of healthy fats. And despite the fact that in its composition there are as many as 9 grams of carbohydrates, 7 of them are fiber, so only 2 grams of “pure” carbohydrates remain, thanks to which this fruit is low-carb.

Avocado does not contain cholesterol or sodium, and also contains a minimum of saturated fats.
